Our Firm is aware of importance of R&D in the construction sector. In this sense, we apply the latest technology in the luxury residences that we produce and prove to be one step ahead of our rivals at all times. Keles Insaat also includes business centers and shopping centers in its product range in addition to the luxury residence construction, further extending its product and production range. Our firm adopted the principle of never compromising the quality and robust constructions in all of its productions. Keles Insaat has been providing its services with the power generated from its deep rooted history, by preserving its working understanding established on focusing, differentiation, and innovative bases.

Foundation of Keles Insaat
Nazim Keles started as construction contractor with the summer house constructions in various locations in Istanbul in 1980s, managed to increase his quality in the construction sector and the number of houses every day.

Keles tradition from generation to generation
Nazim Keles adopted to transfer of his experience to his children in the best manner as his goal partnered with his son Ilker Keles in 1989 and his other son Mr. Soner keles, civil Engineer, further accelerating the speed of the works.

Under the roof of Group of Companies
They established the limited liability company “Keleş İnşaat Tur. San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti.” in 2003 to cover such partnerships under the same roof.

In this journey we started together with our colleagues in the firm, we adopted self-sacrificing, construct the buildings with the highest comfort and latest technology exemplary for next generations and care for customer satisfaction to the maximum extent as our mottos in order to raise the living quality in our country as an indicator of level of development.
